Bake Your Peaches
It’s not rocket science, or anything new. In fact it is basically Apple Crumble. Except with peaches and blueberries. And way better. Oh, and you eat it for breakfast.
I hesitate to even write this out it’s so ridiculously easy…
Pie For Breakfast:
-sliced peaches and blueberries
-1/2 cup oats
-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
-1/2 a mashed banana
-1 teaspoon of butter or earth balance if you feel like a splurge
-a shake of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix ingredients (all except peaches and blueberries) together. Put fruit in oven proof dish. Pour the mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until you can’t wait any longer. Top with greek yogurt and peanut butter.
