I’m training for my first 10 miler on October 16th!  At this point, the most I’ve ever run in one go is 4 miles, so I certainly have a long way to go.  Here’s my projected training for the next 7 weeks:

Colour Code Key: (I love colour coding!)

Light Purple: Cross Training or Rest day as needed

Light Pink: Active Recovery miles.  Slow, easy, just to stretch out

Blue: Rest Day. No high impact activity

Yellow: Regular running days

Green: Planned runs

Light Red: Long runs
